In der neuen Ausgabe unserer Fachzeitschrift SKYLLIS ist ein Beitrag von Ansgar Bovet, basierend auf seinem Vortrag auf einem Meeting zum Thema Kulturerbe unter Wasser, das die UNESCO in Kooperation mit dem spanischen Kulturministerium im Juni 2024 in Madrid durchführte.

"It's a long way to ratifying!" (S. 4 - 6).

Die DEGWUA, einzige deutsche NGO zu diesem Thema, war zu dem Treffen eingeladen worden, um international Teilnehmenden die eigene Sicht darzulegen, warum Deutschland auch nach 15 Jahren die UNESCO-Konvention zum Schutz des kulturellen Erbes unter Wasser noch nicht unterzeichnet hat, obgleich es das stets beabsichtigt.
